Justin Bieber Poses With Fake Gun, Sparks Real Controversy

Justin Bieber's hindsight is probably 20/20 on this one.

In a photo taken by an actor on the set of Selena Gomez's upcoming flick Feed the Dog, the Biebs was snapped posing with a fake gun and pointing it at the actor's dad.

And Gomez was right there for the photo op, smiling in the pic.

After the photos were posted to the Twitter account @HechosSMGomez, the "Girlfriend" crooner received a slew of criticism for the gun pose-off, with folks around the web saying the snaps were "irresponsible," among other things, in light of the recent mass shootings at the Empire State Building and the Dark Knight Rises screening in Colorado.

"Guns are on everyone's mind as a serious crisis in Canada and the United States. Everyone, that is, except maybe Justin Bieber," a writer from Canada's Globe and Mailwrote.

"Justin, whether you like it or not, you're a role model. And millions of fans, 27 million on Twitter, are following your every move. You have power in this industry, and holding a gun in jest is just plain foolish," a writer at Hollywood Life declared.

Reps for Bieber have not yet responded to requests for comment.

USHER'S EX-WIFE Appeals Custody Ruling I Got Screwed

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond is making good on her promise to fight a court order stripping her of child custody of their two children.

We broke the story ... Tameka lost an arduous custody battle last week when a judge ruled in Usher's favor, awarding him primary custody of their two young boys.

Tameka vowed to appeal the decision ... by filing a motion for new trial on grounds the judge was biased in Usher's favor.

Tameka claims the judge has a strong tie to Usher's lawyer, claiming the attorney was personally responsible for nearly half of the contributions to the judge's re-election campaign in 2008. What's more ... Tameka alleges Usher's lawyer served on the judge’s re-election campaign committee.

Tameka also insists NO evidence was presented showing she couldn't take care of her kids.

Tameka also claims there was clear evidence of Usher's "past, current, and future inability" to care for the kids.

The judge hasn't ruled on her motion.

Paparazzi Crash Into Each Other While Chasing Justin Bieber

Two paparazzi crashed into each other this afternoon in Los Angeles while chasing after Justin Bieber. It started when Bieber's Fisker Karma was pulled over (it's unclear as to whether he was driving it or not) for tinted windows on Ventura Blvd. after the officer noticed a Nissan following "aggressively close behind."

The driver of the Nissan turned out to be part of Bieber's security team, but as the officer was speaking to Justin, a flurry of paparazzi sped to the scene, and two of the cars lost control, crashed into each other, and ended up on the curb. But did they get the shot?

TMZ says they haven't heard of anyone being cited.
